code of conduct

Contractor shall not engage in behavior that could reasonably be expected to harm the reputation, goodwill, or business interests of the Company, its clients, partners, or affiliates.

MORALS AND REPUTATION

Contractor acknowledges that their conduct, both during and outside the scope of services, may reflect upon Drag In Demand. Contractor agrees not to engage in any conduct that, in the reasonable judgement of the Company, materially damages or could reasonably damage the Company’s public image, credibility, goodwill, or professional standing.

Such conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Discriminatory, racist, hateful, or harassing behavior or speech;

  • Promotion or endorsement of violence, extremism, or illegal activity;

  • Public behavior that conflicts with the Company’s stated values or mission;

  • Any conduct that results in significant public controversy, reputational harm, or loss of client or partner trust.

USE OF COMPANY IDENTITY AND AFFILIATION

Contractor may not use Drag In Demand’s name, trademarks, logos, titles, email addresses, social media handles, or any indication of Company affiliation in connection with content, platforms, or activities that are sexual, pornographic, explicit, or otherwise inconsistent with the Company’s brand, values, or public-facing standards. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using Company titles, handles, or branding on the same accounts or platforms as adult content or sex work–related content;

  • Linking Company-affiliated accounts to adult-content platforms (including subscription-based services);

  • Creating the impression that the Company endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with such content.

Nothing in this provision prohibits Contractor from engaging in lawful personal activities in a private capacity, provided such activities are clearly separated from the Company and do not reference or imply Company affiliation.

NON-DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI-HARASSMENT

Contractor shall not engage in conduct or communications that are discriminatory, harassing, or hateful based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Public or private conduct that violates this provision, including online activity, shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.

PUBLIC-STATEMENTS AND ONLINE CONDUCT

Contractor agrees that public statements, social media activity, or other communications that reference Drag In Demand, imply Company affiliation, or reasonably associate the Contractor with the Company, must be consistent with the Company’s values and professional standards. The Company reserves the right to require removal or correction of content that violates this provision.

BREACH AND TERMINATION

Any violation of this Code of Conduct or Morals and Reputation provisions shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of such breach, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Require immediate corrective action;

  • Suspend Contractor’s access to Company systems, platforms, or representation;

  • Terminate this Agreement immediately for cause, without further compensation or obligation.

Termination under this section shall not limit any other rights or remedies available to Drag In Demand at law or equity. In determining whether conduct violates this provision, the Company will act reasonably and in good faith.
