Cake Pop! is a Chicago-born, Washington D.C.-based drag DJ and performer with a pulse on the dance floor and a deep love for house and electronic music. Raised on the sounds of classic Chicago house—thanks to living room dance parties with their mom—Cake Pop! brings both soul and precision to every set. Their sound is nostalgic, yet fresh, blending underground vibes with mainstream energy to create unforgettable dance experiences.
With years of experience behind the decks, Cake Pop! has DJed everything from private weddings to massive venues like The Anthem and 9:30 Club. They’ve opened for Rebecca Black, shared the stage with Kesha, performed with Chappell Roan, and proudly hosted World Pride 2025 in Washington, D.C.—a historic celebration featuring powerhouse artists Doechii and Cynthia Erivo.
Currently a resident DJ at Bunker, one of D.C.’s largest and most beloved gay clubs, Cake Pop! is a fixture in the city’s LGBTQ+ nightlife scene. They regularly spin at top queer establishments across D.C., bringing joy, visibility, and sickening beats to every space they enter.
