Daddy Long Legs is a Black, queer, non-binary multi-hyphenate and creative force. Born and raised in Chicago, they got their start behind the bar in the mountains of Park City, Utah, before making their way through Salt Lake City and Alaska—bringing flavor, flair, and a whole lot of presence wherever they landed.

A self-proclaimed “style-tender,” rapper, spoken word poet, and model, Daddy has over a decade in the hospitality game, grounded in baking and pastry arts. Their style behind the bar? Part performance, part storytelling—always intentional. It’s dinner and a show, shaken with passion.

They’re a 2024 Imbibe Magazine 75er, Most Imaginative Bartender 3rd Place Finalist, a member of the inaugural 2025 Raising the Bar Mentorship Alliance, and a proud Le Cordon Bleu Chicago alum. Their work has been featured in hospitality media, podcasts, and publications that spotlight their commitment to amplifying BIPOC and Queer creatives.

For Daddy, the importance of authenticity is delicately intertwined into all that they do. It is where their identity and creativity intersects, allowing them to curate cocktails and experiences that are narrative-driven, innovative, and palate-pleasing. Drawing inspiration from lived experiences, Black and Queer cultures, fashion, desserts, and music, Daddy embodies the ethos of living loudly and proudly in their artistry and everyday life.

Currently, they’re building out DNA Haus (Diversity & Authenticity Haus)—a developing events and consulting brand centering BIPOC and Queer voices in hospitality and creative spaces. It’s still in the works, but the vision is clear and the mission is LOUD.
